Our company offers more than other repair shops. We offer skate sharpening, skate repairs, rental sticks while yours is in for repair and great customer service.
Our guarantee covers the stick where it was repaired. Our guarantee covers normal use and not abuse of the stick. Our shaft repairs are made from a carbon fiber insert and not hickory or another wood plug. Our fix adds approximately 44 grams to the stick and still flexes unlike wood inserts.
We ask to keep the stick for 96 hours from the time of the repair to ensure curing and to offer our full warranty.
We also repair broken blades, heels, toes, hosels, etc and are still covered by our full warranty.
In the unlikely event a stick ever breaks in the warranty time period on the original break the customer is entitled to use one of our rental sticks during the repair process free of charge.
